In this 75-minute class, you are invited to gently and mindfully unwind the body's energy (chi), muscles, fascia, and bones through asana, breath and patience.  By naturally heating the core, we help you discover your true potential.  Our grounded, safe practice infuses elements of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga.  All levels are welcome, and guidance is provided to meet your individual needs.
