Qigong is a gentle, meditative movement practice rooted in aTraditional Chinese Medicine.  It combines slow, flowing movements, conscious breathing, and focused awareness to cultivate and balance the body's vital energy, known as qi.  Often described as :moving meditation," Qigong is accessible to all fitness levels.  The movements are simple and rhythmic, designed to release tension, improve circulation, and support overall physical and emotional wellbeing. Regular practice is associated with increased flexibility, reduced stress, improved balance, and a deeper sense of calm and connection within the body.
