Bagua is Eight Trigram Palm.  The Eight Trigrams are mathematical symbols that represent eight directions, eight animals, and eight forces of nature.  Circle walking is a principal foundational exercise and it is a form of Qigong (breathing exercises to develop the 'Qi' inner energy).   Xing Yi, is another of the main Taoist Internal styles, similar to the more familiar Tai-Chi.  Please join us for basic training exercises from Bagua and Xing Yi, 'body transformation' exercises, to develop the inner body and energy awareness.
Jim Cox has 33 years experience.
