A Hatha Yoga based Flow set to a more mindful, slow pace – dedicating attention to the physical, energetic, and subtle bodies.  Movement will be focused on alignment, Interoception, and awareness on the breath, body, and fascial layers.  Jun will weave in her knowledge as a craniosacral therapist, esoteric Tantric Buddhist practitioner, and 13 years of teaching Hatha Yoga to recharge the body-mind energy system and connect with the soul.  Open to all levels.  Breath journey included in every class
