The PowerLine workout was a gift from spirit as a brand new fitness program which pulls its strength from a focused mind and incorporated into a disciplined body movement, building core strength will mastering balance.  I regard it as the PowerLine healing in physical form. This fitness program is designed to create alignment of purpose, harmony, and balance within oneself, with the aim of achieving fitness in body, clarity of mind, and connection to spirit. It is therefore a meditation-in-movement, a workout meditation, and perhaps THE Western answer to Eastern disciplines like Yoga and Tai Chi.  It is the fusion of ancient wisdom, modern movement, and holistic concept.  Typically, the PowerLine workout takes two hours.  All the initial exercises are done on a floor mat and train the body and specific movements.  Special attention is placed on precise, slow, repetitive moves, developing body endurance and resilience. Focus is on breath awareness and muscle release during relaxation after each exercise sequence.
