Where gentility and lightheartedness meet optimal physical play.  In this class, our ultimate goal is to grant you the awareness, and knowledge to care for your own body and capacitate every part.  Think more mobile wrists and ankles.  Think more able hips and shoulders.  Think balance and mindful movement. To this end, we'll blend numerous training modalities into an ever changing and engaging, low-impact and low-intensity group fitness course.
