You can't separate health and integrity from effort and progress, just as you can't separate yawning from the early morning.  Both of these premises shape this class.  You can expect introductory and gentle exposure to a wide array of bodyweight training modalities designed to relieve the body, mobilize the body, and fortify the body, all at apace and style that befits the early morning.
