Vinyasa yoga emphasizes flowing movements synchronized with breath, creating a dynamic and fluid practice.  Poses transition continuously, offering a balance of strength, flexibility, and endurance.  While suited for those who enjoy a more energetic yoga experience, this class always incorporates variations to accmodate different skill levels while cultivating mindfulness and a meditative flow.
