Geared to veterans, this integrative class emphasizes a safe, supportive, and nonjudgemental environment where participants can regain a sense of choice, agency, and control after trauma. Utilizing basic Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga poses along with union of breath, movement, and mindful resilience techniques, to help manage stress, trauma, and PTSD.  Through a series of dynamic sequences we connect mind, body, and spirit to bring us into deep relaxation to rejuvenate and recharge the body, as well as promote healing and nervous system regulation.
