Geared to veterans, this integrative class emphasizes basic Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga poses along with union of breath, movement, and mindful resilience techniques, to help manage stress, trauma, and PTSD.  Through a series of dynamic sequences we connect mind, body, and spirit to bring us into deep relaxation to rejuvenate and recharge the body.
