Embodied Flow is an exploration beyond rigid and static forms and into intuitive, organic sequences that connect breath, sensation and movement in a deeply personal way.  Drawing from the Embodied Wellness Movement Method, this class emphasizes cultivating interroception (awareness of internal states), proprioception (body in space), and expressive freedom.  You'll be guided to listen to your body's wisdom; release limiting patterns, and discover new pathways for movement and self-expression.  Each class is a unique experience, fostering emotional release, mental clarity, and a profound sense of connection to your true self.  Awaken your innate resilience, creativity, and joy.  Embodied Flow invites you to move with intention, live with presence, and embrace the beautiful journey of your embodied existence.
