A class with a more anatomical emphasis, students learn techniques and movements for the various categories of poses. In the spirt of Hatha yoga, developing both stability and increased mobility, we create positive conditions so poses may evolve and advance naturally. Through this class we will condition core muscles for stability, strength, & spaciousness; understand key movements and the power of repetition to create body memory alignment; and generate greater internal support for posture and movement.
A minimum of three participants required for class to occur.
