A moderately dynamic class, combining fluidity, strength, and the grace of the breath.  We begin smaller, simpler actions to warm up and create a strong foundation, then gradually build our capacity toward more intermediate poses and techniques.  This class does involve weight bearing with the arms, and therefore modifications for poses are offered.  Includes breath work.  Through this class we will find alignment while moving, create circulation & warmth, balance the nervous system with the breath, enhance focus, and generate a greater understanding of subtle energy.
