Yin Yoga offers a gentle approach to easing stress and calming the nervous system.  This beginner friendly class focuses on long-held, floor-based postures designed to release deep tension, improve circulation, and create a space for relaxation.  Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and stillness, you'll tap into a sense of balance and inner calm.  No prior yoga experience required, just bring yourself and an openness to unwind.  This class is a welcoming space for all to slow down, reset, and nourish body, mind and spirit.
