Pure Barre is a high-energy, low-impact, full-body workout that uses small, isometric movements to strengthen and tone your muscles - especially those hard-to-target areas like your core, thighs, glutes and arms. This sixty minute class blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training for a challenging yet accessible workout that delivers results. All fitness levels are welcome. No dance experience required - just a willingness to move and a commitment to yourself.
