Facilitating joint stimulation through simple postures, (asanas) one restores body mobility.  Utilizing the mind-body connection we regain full range of motion.  This provides relief from past traumas and injuries, and promotes a meditative state that counters the stresses of modern life.  Designed for all ages and bodies, the asanas are adapted to the specific needs of each student to promote healing and restoration.  Great for beginners and those new to the practice but all levels welcome.
