This class supports your fitness and wellbeing goals by building somatic awareness and overall flexibility.  Together we move through a variety of asanas using breath, props, and Thai assisted stretches to activate and release the muscles we are targeting in each pose.  Hands on adjustments are optional as modifications are provided to accommodate individual needs and preferences.
