Designed for all stages of pregnancy and postpartum as an invitation to connect deeply to the spiritual, emotional, and physical transformation during the childbearing year.  You will be guided through meditation, breath, body awareness, alignment and movement.  This class will offer you tools to take into your labor and birth experience, as well as support for regaining strength in the postpartum journey.  All levels of experience are welcome.
