This integrative class emphasizes basic hatha, vinyasa, and restorative poses along with union of breath, movement, and mindful resilience techniques, to help manage stress, trauma, and PTSD.  Through a series of dynamic sequences we connect mind, body, and spirit to bring us into deep relaxation to rejuvenate and recharge the body.
